Our platform is industry leading, exciting, and growing rapidly. Based upon the latest technologies and sound UX design, our software is taking the insurance industry to the next level.
We have a mix of staff from the Philippines and Australia, and we're looking for a skilled C#.Net Engineer with experience in Angular and Ionic.
What we offer:
-Permanent, full-time day job at the comfort of your own home (40 hours per week)
-Base salary of PHP 80,000 to 120,000 per month (depends on seniority, experience, and expected performance)
-Generous bonuses paid every 3 months - up to 15% for high performers

-Minimum Requirements:
Excellent Written and Spoken English
-15+ years’ experience as a developer
-5+ years working with C#
-1+ years’ experience with Angular or similar contemporary full-stack technology
-A strong background in Object Oriented Design and Development with an applied understanding of design patterns
-A commitment to code quality and continuous improvement
-A solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and web technologies in general
-Experience with
-Experience with continuous integration/delivery and code instrumentation tools
-Experience working in a SCRUM environment
-Experience with validating and writing code that adheres to secure coding practices
-Quiet and distraction-free workspace
-Modern and reliable computer with quality microphone, headset and webcam for clear communication
-Fast and reliable internet connection (minimum 1 Mbit upload speed)
-Comfortable using time tracking software (Time Doctor)
-Must be currently residing in the Philippines
-Available to work from 7am to 4pm PH time (1 hour of breaks)
Duties and responsibilities:
-Build and maintain high quality, modular and reusable code and components
-Communicating with stakeholders to clarify objectives and assist in defining deliverables
-Design and develop software solutions that meet defined specifications
-Write and execute test cases to ensure performance and correct function of a software
-Support and maintain production systems
-Mentor and support the development of your peers’ technical discipline
-Write technical specifications
-Perform design reviews and code reviews
-Participate in peer group discussions about best practice and ideal solutions to problems
-Provide guidance and mentor other developers
-Assess other developers performance and identify areas for improvement
-Help to define and improve coding standards, processes and procedures
-Provide guidance, advice, feedback and recommendations to management to assist in decision making
