Wordpress Speed Optimize and SEO assistant

Andrew here,
I have a few wordpress websites that I build and manage for clients (3-4). I need some help optimizing the speed on those sites, as well as help keeping them clean as I build them out. I already installed caching and basic optimization plugins, so I need someone with more depth of understanding on the back-end development to keep my code clean and fast. Basically my ranking scores are good, just my speed is slow.

They are all fairly small sites with not to much traffic. However only 2 are important at this moment, both roofing websites. Upgrade to see actual info and Upgrade to see actual info so they will be the focus.

After the sites have been optimized I will need help performing white-hat SEO tasks as well as other basic forms of data entry and Upgrade to see actual infothing complicated and can train if needed as this will be long term employment.

So you must be highly skilled in wordpress optimization and have a decent understanding of SEO. Also, a willingness to grow with the company.
