We are looking for customer service agent to assist in answering phone calls and
- At least 3 years of customer service experience.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Have a good and clear speaking voice over the phone.
- Must be patient with customers.
- Good Communication skill level.
- Good internet connection and a back up in case of power outages.
- Good at working under pressure.
- Please be a perfectionist and not make mistakes.
- Reliable at all times.
- Responsive to all messages by me and the manager.
