JOB OVERVIEW

Hello Everyone!

We are looking for customer service agent to assist in answering phone calls and emails from our customers. You will be assisting our customers in refunds, cancellations, information inquires. This will be a full time position, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. We are starting our CSR at $2.5/h USD. There isn't too many calls and emails right now, but once it starts increasing, then pay should increase as well. We are looking for hard working, loyal employees. If you are looking for a long term job, then this is the place for you. If you are looking for good employment and pay on time, this is the place for you. If you are looking for a transparent boss and a great team environment, then this is the place for you. All I ask for is you to be serious when you are applying, and loyal and hard working. MUST HAVE:

- At least 3 years of customer service experience.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Have a good and clear speaking voice over the phone.
- Must be patient with customers.
- Good Communication skill level.
- Good internet connection and a back up in case of power outages.
- Good at working under pressure.
- Please be a perfectionist and not make mistakes.
- Reliable at all times.
- Responsive to all messages by me and the manager.
