We are looking for a professional customer service representative to reply to our customers queries in a quick and competent manner.
You will be trained at first, but we expect you to be able to make reasonable decisions on your own. When you apply, include the word blue in the subject, tell us about your current employment and your previous customer experience if you have any.
- Fluent in written English - Level C2 (Advanced/Mastery)
- Be able to work around 1-2 hours every day (including on weekends)
- Respond to customer requests on eBay in perfect English
- Issue refunds according to our refund policy
- Re-send products to customers when needed
- Respond to all customer inquiries quickly and accurately (within at least 1 day)
