This is a part-time role, with a view to becoming full-time.

The job
• Research properties using techniques we will train you in
• Prepare, track and drive loan applications
• Draft correspondence and property offers
• Liaise with real estate agents, clients, finance brokers, banks, settlement agents and inspectors
• Administer property sales to settlement

Essential:
• Fluent English speaking with friendly personality
• Fast and highly accurate
• Skilled in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in real estate or finance broking support
• Willing to work after hours to finish deals, offers and urgent tasks

Your home setup:
• Your own computer with fast Internet speed
• No family or other distractions during business hours 9am - 6pm
