SMS/Text Message Rockstar Needed!! You will be paid weekly/monthly AND receive a commission for each successful lead!

I want to add an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic member to my team to help generate leads for my real estate investment business.

You will manage multiple text/SMS conversations with potential homeowners (through a desktop application) and qualify them to see if they are ready to sell their house. These leads will then be passed to our sales staff. You will use an online platform to manage these conversations, and will receive training directly from me on how to properly qualify each homeowner.

BTW did I mention that you will have paid vacation for the entire week of Christmas (December 23-27)!

Must haves:
-Multi-task: since you will be handling up to 10-12 conversations at a time, this is the most important skill!
-Must send 1,500 to 2,500 texts per day
-Type/speak proper "American" English
-Be available 930am-430pm
-Work without break for at least a few hours at a time
-Must have reliable internet connectivity

Nice to have, but not mandatory:
-Previous experience in real estate, marketing, or lead generation
