Recruiter

Scope:

We need a team of highly specialized and talented Recruiting professionals who can keep pace with current growth and create new opportunities for distribution. Our Recruiter must have extensive experience working with successful candidate will have a keen eye when reviewing resumes and conducting interviews.

Recruiters Responsibilities:

* Review and analyze resumes using our in-house ATS software program
* Scour job search websites for potential candidates and contact those candidates personally
* Walk them through the hiring and training process
* Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees
* Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job

Skills Required:

* 2 years recruiting experience (Will train)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Effective negotiating skills
* Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software programs(will train)
* Familiarity with online job hunting websites

Must:
* Speak English
