VA Needed, Full time!

Hi! This position is for any woman that has a fantastic American voice on the phone and has excellent customer service skills. The Real Estate side of the business, we will teach you, but the personality and customer service skills are a must, for this position. You will make phone calls over VOIP, so you must have a newer computer with a highspeed connection. Between making and receiving phone calls, you will be tasked with placing ads on multiple different Real State selling sites. You will have list of potential properties that you will have to scrub and comp(we will teach you). You must be willing to learn new skill sets and be dynamic as this position will grow as your experience grows. This job is Stress Free with no one barking at you to meet a quota or a certain amount of sales volume. You are expected to work from 9am to 5pm (EST). Your lunch break will be from 12pm-1pm(EST). If you are hired, you will be treated like one of the family and taken very good care of.

* At least high school graduate

*Dependable - if you are late or absent within the first 90 days, you will be let go..No Exceptions
*Newer computer with at least 4gb of Ram and running Windows 7 or later
*Reliable headset to make and receive phone calls VOIP
*Must be able to work from 9AM to 5pm EST( that is 9pm-5am your time). (no exceptions)
*Must be able to accept payment directly on Onlinejobs.ph (no Exceptions). Pay will be sent on our Thursdays, your Fridays, no exceptions.
*Must Speak and Write Fluent English.
*You will be required to use the software that OnlineJobs.ph has for employers to monitor the Upgrade to see actual info's called "Time Proof". You get this software from onlinejobs.ph.

Salary:
For the first 90 days(training), you will earn $80week (onlinejobs.ph pay only). After the 90 days, you will go up to $100wk + Bonuses for closing deals.
