JOB OVERVIEW

We are a progressive and exciting law firm in Toronto, Canada. We are looking for a new team member to assist with inbound calls between the hours of 8am - 8pm Eastern Time. Customer service will entail booking appointments, answering questions about legal services that we offer, patching calls through, email and chat support and perhaps managing other customer service associates in the future.

We are looking for someone who is happy to work between the hours of 8am - 8pm Eastern Time (8pm - 8am PHP). We would like someone who sees themselves as a long term team member who can grow with our company. If interested, please let us know!
