Experienced HR recruiter required to source, screen and interview applicants. Need to work with company's provided recruitment and processing SOPs.
The work includes:
- Posting job ads to different sites.
- interviewing candidates (excellent English speaking is required).
- Briefing company's background, job requirements, and on-boarding processes.
- Assist in negotiating offered compensation and benefits
- Filing interview reports per company's SOPs
- Submit final hiring commendation per company's SOPs
We need someone reliable who can dedicate up to 5-8 hours / day for this job.
You will work closely with the Business Manager and Operations manager in filling urgent positions.
