Customer Service

This position is for a Customer Service / ISA (Inside Sales Agent) that talks to new leads all day and sets them up on appointments with our Agents. This person should be well spoken, be very organized, able to prioritize and time block.

We're looking for someone that can crush it in the role as well as be a great culture fit with our team. We're looking for positivity and solutions.

*Must have an Excellent American Accent
*Must be comfortable on the phone (90%+ of job)
*Must be ambitious

*Must have Excellent work ethic
*Must have access to reliable internet
*Must have good grammar in emails
*Must be willing to contribute and adapt when needed
*Must be willing to crush their goals and earn bonuses


*Previous Real Estate Experience is not Necessary
*Previous Experience with Follow-up Boss Preferred but not required
*Previous knowledge of Real estate script preferred but not required
