Seeking someone to head our customer support team

Roles:
- To use Freshdesk app for emails, calls and chat
- Facebook and instagram post moderation
- Have a microphone for voice calls
- Work from 9pm - 6am PST
- Great English ability
- Proactive customer support
- Need to have FAST and RELIABLE internet and computer
