Reports to: COO
The Assistant Project Manager (APM) is responsible for assisting the COO in coordinating the activities of the company. The APM shall perform and execute plans to ensure that the business process and quality standards are met and assist Project Leads in the execution of projects in all phases and aspects on a regular basis. Under the direction of the COO, the APM is expected to take on any/all tasks related to project management including development.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years relevant experience in project management, preferably in a BPO, online retail or e-commerce setting
Proficient in the use of project management tools like
Ability to learn new tools quickly
Excellent in written/spoken English
A+ Assistant skills
Highly organized
Social media expert
Ability to multitask and prioritize work as needed
A team player who is proactive, results-oriented and adaptable to change
Confident in delivering expectations
