Looking for a Podio and Globiflow guru to be our go-to guy or gal. We're a real estate team that is working on systematizing all of our process in Podio. We are constantly adding new features and changing things up and we are now looking for someone who has A LOT of Podio and Globiflow experience to hep us on a constant basis.

Better task interface using an app that shows all of the workspace tasks in one spot for everyone to see.
-Automated workflow within each app (i.e. When lead manager calls lead but is unable to get in contact, a follow-up reminder will be set to remind them to call again in X amount of days).
-Follow-up sequences that send SMS messages, emails, voicemail broadcasts.
-Built in KPI (Key Performance Indicator) tracking. This allows you to see the productivity levels of each employee so that you can address issues and fix them before revenue falls.
-SMS communication abilities via the comments section of a lead item through multiple phone channels such as CallRail, Roor, and Milkit
-Create integration with Xencall
-Follow-up reminder field that allows us to select when we want to follow Upgrade to see actual info can then remind you using an email, Podio notification, Podio chat message or a SMS text straight to our phone.
-Automatically create a new lead when a new phone call comes in Xencall
-Click-to-call button that calls the person who clicked it and then calls the lead.
-Street view photo of the address of your lead.
-Form integration with OnCarrot (Investor Carrot) that creates a new lead when a form is submitted on your website.
