JOB OVERVIEW

We are in need of an ambitious, hard working, and energetic virtual assistant that takes the initiative for an eCommerce Print On Demand (POD) business that wants a long term employment opportunity.

We're a privately owned family run U.S. company that has been in business for many years. We're currently looking for a VA to perform administrative / research / upload tasks.  Administrative experience with T-Shirt and other merch designs to support POD operations is preferred.

The job consists of researching ideas, checking for trademarks, crafting descriptions, managing and assigning ideas to designers, and entering data into documents or POD sites (uploading).
If you are consistently reliable, this could eventually turn into a full-time position with more responsibilities and more pay.

IMPORTANT: To apply for this job you should already have about a year of solid experience providing virtual assistant duties, or should be proficient and comfortable performing research, crafting language, data entry, and following procedures. Beginners may apply, but you must demonstrate conversation mastery of the english language and be proficient in navigating the internet, data entry, researching topics, and working in excel (google docs).

For this job you don't have to have perfect English skills but you should be very comfortable chatting on Skype or by text when discussing tasks, as well as emailing, and being available daily to give status updates. We really value communication.
If you are uncomfortable communicating, or don't like to give status updates, this really will not be a good fit for you. 
We have some training materials for you that you can use, and will provide feedback on work performed so you can improve, and of course we will be available to answer questions. However, as mentioned we expect that you already have experience doing these types of administrative tasks and wouldn't be able to train you on basics.
