Virtual Assistant NEEDED for Land Real Estate Company

Real Estate Investor needs a Text Agent and Cold Caller virtual assistant for different tasks including:

*Outgoing Text and Phone Calls to Seller leads and entering data entry with a given script
*Hivemind Seller Leads follow up
*Texting Pre-foreclosure Leads with a given script
*Researching and making 30 Real Estate offers a day on Listed Residential Houses currently for sale in the Houston Market.
*Sending Facebook Messages to leads
*Social Media Manager -Posting multiple Motivational Posts and Stories Daily on our Instagram and Facebook accounts
*Outgoing Phone calls to Sellers to see if they've received our offers.

IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH LAND REAL ESTATE YOU WILL BE AT THE TOP OF THE LIST PLEASE APPLY.
MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE!
PREFER TO HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH HIVEMIND CRM or GOHIGHLEVEL CRM or SIMILAR TOOL
SALES EXPERIENCE PREFERRED!

Would also NEED a good internet connection as you'll be using this daily.

Job will be for a couple of weeks to test out the assistant and can turn into Very long term for the right person. Looking for someone Full-Time 10am-6pm Texas Upgrade to see actual infon be a bit flexible will be 30 hrs a week.
