*Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients; receive inbound phone calls
*Provide information about products and services to help solidify appointments
*Update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database to document lead generation efforts as well as outbound and inbound efforts.
*Schedule appointments via phone and
*Follow up with customers via phone,
*Perform all other Business Development selling duties as assigned.
*Track daily phone calls
*Help the team streamline our campaigns and creates a plan for engaging our target market
*Researches our competition to inform our plans for engagement
*Help with organizing documents and other admin tasks

-An A-Player
-ROCKSTAR CLOSERS
-Must possess EXCELLENT ENGLISH SKILLS (AMERICAN ACCENT) and interpersonal skills.
-Must be willing to travel for work and/or training as needed.
-Previous sales or call center experience with SOLID SALES background
-Ability to be on the phone a majority of the day and comfortable with heavy phone interaction
-Must enjoy talking to people and be energetic, dependable, and hardworking
-Ensures accurate, timely completion of assigned responsibilities/projects
-Background in Finance campaign is a plus (e.g. Equifax, JP Morgan, collections agency etc)
