Project Manager

JOB PURPOSE

The focus of this position is leading an Integrated Consulting firm. This includes championing the sales and delivery of all consulting projects that fall into the HR implementation, assessment, selection, and learning solutions areas. The individual in this role must be a strategic partner with sales and help grow revenues. The Project Manager will be involved in management of projects, sales support, proposal development, staffing and development of consultants.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage a book of business for mid-size clients on all aspects of Human Resources.
· Analyze client needs to develop appropriate Human Resources deliverables to enhance business performance.
· Evaluation of client HR processes and programs to ensure maximum services delivery and client engagement.
· Proactively consult with clients and offers timely HR solutions that potentially impact business outcomes.
· Coach/consult with client organization leadership and work site employees on issues including performance,
terminations, sexual harassment, discrimination, and other HR services.
· Interface with employees on HR related issues, including, but not limited to payroll and benefit questions.
· Collaborate with peers in HR functional teams in the development and delivery of HR initiatives to ensure a unified HR
delivery approach.
· Undertake any other related activities as requested.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

At least 8 – 10 years of experience in Human Resource consultancy and implementing an executive firm

PREFERRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

A four-year degree is essential in the field, particularly BS in Psychology or Administration

REQUIRED SKILLS

Proven work experience as an HR Consultant
Theoretical and practical knowledge on Human Resources
Demonstrated professional judgment skills and positive interactive style
Excellent communication skills: written, public speaking and presentation preparation
