Our ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with experience in project management, team-building, and process-writing. This role has responsibility for both strategy and execution, and as such, the successful candidate will be hands-on, innovative, highly motivated, and have a passion for systems and processes.

What you'll bring to the table:
- Proven ability to build effective and accurate systems and processes
- Excellent Excel skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Experience with:
-Recruiting, hiring and training
-Implementing and following SOPs
-Managing a team of at least 5
- The following personality: Accurate, analytical, conscientious, careful, precise, high standards, systematic, team player, steady, trusting, problem solver, self-starter, fast-learner and VERY detailed oriented
- 3+ years of previous experience working in ecommerce or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Very good written and spoken English: C2(Advanced/Mastery) grade to the English test required
- IQ Score of 115 minimum required
- Stable and reliable internet connection
- Reliable and recent (less than 3 years) desktop or laptop computer
