We are a fast growing Electrical Company currently looking for a receptionist to help with taking inbound calls from our customers to join our friendly team. We are Tech-backed Electrical Company based in Auckland. Our company is focused on providing outstanding service for our clients. This is a full time and a variety-filled role so the ideal candidate will need to have excellent attention to details, fast learning ability and be task oriented.
Responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Taking incoming calls from customers and logging their requirements
- Assisting with Accounts Payable & Receivable by sending clients their invoices or statements
- Transferring phone calls to other team members
- Administration & Operations
- General day-to-day Running of the Company
To be successful in this role you will need to have developed skills and knowledge:
- Fluent english is a must
- An absolute commitment to customer service and follow-up
- A positive "can-do" attitude
- Ability to implement own systems, good organisational and time-management abilities
- Enjoying working at wide variety of tasks, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Follow instructions independently
