JOB OVERVIEW

I am hiring an admin/personal assistant to help me stabilize, manage, and grow my Facebook Advertising Agency. This position will start off part-time with productivity bonuses and quickly grow into full-time work.

Requirement:
>> English must be 10/10
Smartphone
Home Office
Mac Users Preferred
Graphic design skills are a huge plus

Facebook
ads experience is a plus
Social Media experience is a plus
Business management experience is a plus

Your responsibilities:
Agency Growth Strategy
Client Growth Strategy
Managing client onboarding
Managing project task delegation
Managing other VA's
Managing Prospecting Campaigns (New Clients)
Managing social media accounts (Creating content)
Learning how to make ad creatives with the tools provided.
Writing & Blueprinting systems & workflows
Some Financial Management
Trip planning
Accountability Partner
