Ecommerce Inventory and Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Ecommerce Inventory & Logistic specialist to lead and assist our company with day to day inventory responsibilities. As well as play a key role in expanding our strategy to include further opportunities with our existing inventory.

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

> Effectively source for new suppliers
> Actively monitor all inventory daily for accuracy
> Oversee the setup and storage of newly received products from suppliers
> Forecast order replenishment - quantity and frequency
> Collaborate with supplier to ensure fast processing of orders
> Communicate with internal and external sources to ensure effective order fulfilment specifically with our distribution centers
> Make and execute decisions regarding the best way to fulfill orders
> Evaluate current processes and suggest any appropriate improvements to increase efficiency and better the customer experience
> Investigate processing as well as customer problems and provide strategic solutions
> Gain an understanding and help to improve automated order routing logic
> Develop methods and reports to analyze business outcomes
> Coordinate and lead regular team meetings for updates on projects, timelines and other relevant activities related to inventory

The ideal candidate:

> Must have 2-3 years experience in Ecommerce Logistics, communicating with suppliers (Alibaba and others), processing orders and forecasting order frequency and quantity using a tool or manually
> Adept at communicating effectively to a variety of audiences, majority suppliers
> Willing to take initiative and ownership of problems to find solutions
> Detail oriented
> A team player who wants to contribute to a thriving culture
> Able to flourish in a fast-paced, changing environment
> Can start as part time/ 20 hours per week

Internet Speed Requirement: minimum of 5mbps
