VA Needed for Full-Time 40 hours/week

You: Yes, we are. How can we help you?
Client: I need 2 bedroom place cleaned.
You: Not a problem!! How many bedrooms and bathrooms do you have?
Client: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
You: Great! Also, do you need just a general cleaning or for us to do appliances, windows, fixtures and other details?
Client: Just a general cleaning please
You: Great!!! Ok, Our suggestion would be For the size of your apartment we would recommend two cleaners for 2 hours to start with. If you need our cleaners to stay for longer then just let them know and they would be happy to help more. Does it sound like a plan to you?


After passing the 3 month probation, you will have 10 days paid leave, sick leave and holiday pay.

We are a cleaning company looking for a VA who can deliver the following:

1) Has positive personality and has excellent skills talking with customer on the phone
2) Has sales person skills to sell the service and persuade the client to say "yes" when client says "No"
3) Excellent organizational skills with bookings and rearranging bookings when cleaner got sick or did not show up.
4) Preferred but not required:
Has knowledge of social media such as how to create Facebook page and posts

You will have to do the following:
-Answer the phone calls and emails
-assist clients with their bookings
-assign work to cleaners
