As a Customer Service Representative with Bolld Real Estate Management, you will have the opportunity to handle variable day to day client scenarios and your work will never be routine.
JOB OVERVIEW
Communicating with the customers via
Answering customer inquiries as quickly and efficiently as possible
Answering and following up with maintenance and repairs requests
Ensuring adherence to service level
Opening customer accounts by recording account information
Referring unresolved disputes to the appropriate staff member
Ensuring all voice messages and
Managing large amounts of incoming calls
Publishing new properties including all the property details and pictures online
Setting up a consultation for a new lead
Completing various tasks assigned by Customer Service Supervisor
Requirements
- experienced / background in call centre/management is a plus but not required
- fluent/great in English with no or little accent
- Able to communicate on the phone in a professional manner
- Enthusiastic
- Proactive
- Able to handle stress
- Responsible & able to work without supervision
- working hours: an 8-hour shift between 8AM-8PM
- knowledge of Zendesk a requirement
- knowledge of craigslist a must
- knowledge of buildium an asset
