Job Description:
- Create schedule of value for each new project.
- Prepare and send all invoices for each project by working progress in timely manner.
- Fill out waiver forms by GC requirement.
- Follow up with overdue payment.
- Check daily bank balance.
- Daily payment and deposit.
- File monthly sales tax return and quarterly estimate tax return.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Daily Quickbooks entries.
- Ensure effective communication with company clients of general contractors for invoicing and payment.
- All other related duties that are not mentioned above.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- College Accounting degree or equivalent
- English communication in writing and oral
- Experience with Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel
- Timeliness and accuracy in performing accounting duties with an attention to detail
