Customer Service Expert

I'm looking for someone that can do the following:
- Follow procedures
- Is a good communicator
- Think on their feet
- Quick learner

Specific tasks that they will be required to do on a daily basis:
- Answer customer product and shipping queries
- Manage return cases
- Call customers and suppliers
- Call shipping companies to follow up shipments
- Escalating adhoc customer escalations
- Complete administrative tasks
- Self manage their workload

Hours are 8 hours a day - 2pm to 11pm (Australian Eastern time) - with a 1 hour break

Successfully shortlisted applicants will need to have a video call and will be required to complete a trial
