We supply Nurses on Casual, Short term Contract and Permanent Upgrade to see actual inforth Shore Nurses have offices in Sydney, Hunter Valley and Upgrade to see actual inforth Shore Nurses plans to increase the revenue by five-fold in the next 3 years.

What are we looking for?
Experienced Allocations Coordinator. (Work from Home)

Duties:
Receive orders from Clients and shift input into the Allocations Software
Search suitable Nursing Staff for the Shift
Liaise with Clients and Nursing Staff to fill the shift
Maximise Shift Fillings and Client Satisfaction
Effective and Efficient Allocations of Shifts
Collaborate with Recruitment and Compliance teams if necessary
This role requires energy, efficiency and great computer skills. This is a fast-paced Upgrade to see actual infosential Needs:
Must have Laptop or Computer with internet and a very quiet room to Upgrade to see actual infondidates must be proficient in English.
Must be able to work in the following Shifts:
• Monday to Friday: 09:00 Am to 05:00 Pm (Sydney Time Zone)

Criteria:
Experience with rostering and allocations
Accurate data input skills
Analytical ability
Excellent Customer Service skills
Critical thinking
Ability to multi-task
Strong Computer Skills including MS word, excel and outlook

Experience Requirement
Experience in office Administration and Customer Support
Experience in a Rostering or Allocations in Nursing Agency or Temp Staffing Agency or Care Agency preferred.
