Summary of Position as Customer Support Specialist:

The Customer Support Specialist Is an appointed administrator with a primary goal of providing excellent customer service and at times Concierge services while promoting the idea of excellence throughout the organization.


Key Responsibilities Customer Support Specialist:

Customer Service

Learn and know all parts of our company to help our customers solve any issues that arise
Respond to customers promptly, accurately and enthusiastically
Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions through Zendesk
Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
Satisfying high expectations of customers
Answering and resolving customer concerns about reservations, travel, promotions, and the company
Maintaining a friendly, courteous, professional and customer service-oriented mindset
Providing administrative support as required


Requirements for Customer Support Specialist:

MUST HAVE prior experience with Zendesk or related customer support platform.

Other helpful experience includes:
Intercom, Slack or similar platforms
Proven working experience as a customer service
Proficiency in English
Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
Awareness of the industry’s latest technology trends and applications
Ability to think strategically
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Friendly personality
