Full time Virtual assistant position

Jellyfish LED LLC is seeking a Virtual assistant to proudly provide customer service and advertising support to our team in the U.S. while working remotely in the Philippines. As a Virtual Manager, you will perform various tasks, including answering phone calls, collecting customer information, doing regular follow-ups, writing and creating customer and promotional emails, all while providing excellent customer service. For this role, it is primarily required for you to have your own computer and a strong Internet pwxkkckgwg. Yt is a plus if you have experience using communication tools like Skype. Ultimately, we need a virtual manager who is trustworthy, self-motivated, organized, fluent in speaking and writing English, who can deliver high quality work under minimum supervision.


You will be provided with all training and guidance needed.


This position includes the following responsibilities:

- Communicate on daily basis
- Post on craigslist mainly and similar classifieds websites
- Answer phone calls and provide the customer with all their needs with excellent customer care.
- Daily follow up customer phone calls and emails
- Insert Customer Data and make quotes.
- Communicate with product suppliers
- Other duties assigned by company

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
* Fluent spoken and written English to a high professional standard
* Ability to be available to clients during regular U.S. business hours and scheduled work time(9am-6pm)
* High level of communication skills
* Superior customer service experience
* Excellent phone, email and instant messaging skills
* Experience in talking to customers and collecting information
* Trustworthy and friendly personality
* Open to learn new skills if needed
* Extremely self-motivated, and self-disciplined to get tasks done
* Excellent time management skills
* Organized and Detail Oriented
* Personal Computer & High-Speed Internet access
