JOB OVERVIEW

Our company is searching for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Executive Assistant. Proactive, dedicated, trustworthy and resourceful Assistant to help support and manage the day-to-days of the founder. Reporting directly to the Founder, this candidate must have comprehensive experience in executive office administration and be able to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision. Be carrying out assigned tasks presuming the highest levels of tact, discretion, good business judgment, and resourcefulness.
The ideal candidate will have proven Executive Assistant experience and
MUST have the following qualities:

- pro-active can do attitude
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage workload independently
- Great written and verbal communication
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Exceptional interpersonal skills

Skills:
Excellent organizational and communication skills, tact, poise, leadership qualities, and the ability to take independent action while maintaining a strong work ethic and attention to detail. With impeccable multi-tasking abilities
Strong technical and Internet savvy is required, including
Advanced Microsoft Office skills,; i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software and databases used by the company as needed.

Quick Books or equivalent accounting software experience Is a PLUS
Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:
- General daily office administration duties. Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.
- Prepare internal/external corporate documents for team members/ industry partners.
- Scheduling and arranging meetings, keeping team members abreast of upcoming events and projects.
- Basic HR Administration, including maintaining files and compliance, interview scheduling and support of hiring process (employment documentations)
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.
- Minor bookkeeping duties. Assisting in various functional roles as needed, including marketing, customer service and Running personal errands.

Again, Clear communication of English both speaking and writing is a must.
