Requirements :
. Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university. (Preferably from Human Resource or Psychology).
. Minimum 1 year of similar working experience (executive search and or property business will be an advantage).
. Strong communication and Negotiation Skills.
. High initiative and self-motivated.
. A team player who has high level of responsibility and discipline.
. Proficient in English.
Job Description :
• Organize a wide-ranging of HR and administration Function.
• Handling all aspects of the recruitment process (Generating job ad., Sourcing CVs, conducting phone/face interview, negotiation up to the offering stage).
• Asses candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
• Maintain employment contract and candidate database.
• Prepare and maintain on boarding employee documents.
• Generating regular report in regards to the recruitment and hiring process in the company.
