Customer Service Representative - Zendesk (Part-Time – Saturday, Sunday & Monday job)

Part-time 20 hours per week
Php 15,000 - 19,000 take-home pay monthly
Work Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT every Saturday & Sunday (8 hours each); 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM PHT every Monday (4 hours only)

About the Client:

Our client based in Australia runs a tech/software platform that allows realtors or real estate agents to present better, 3D or real-world pictures of houses or properties they are trying to sell. They are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Customer Service Representative.


Be the main point of contact for customer inquiries and issues or concerns with using the client’s technology/software
Master a great understanding of the software platform to be able to troubleshoot problems accurately and timely
Ensure that response times are both accurate and delivered
Update the client’s profile through the CRM provided
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned


Previous customer service experience of at least 3 years minimum in either a chat, voice or email support capacity
Tech-savvy with good understanding and preferably experience in using Adobe Illustrator and the like
Excellent English comprehension and communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Problem-solving and ability to adapt easily
Trusted to work autonomously
Attentive to customer needs and requirements
Telecommunication experience (desired)
Previous experience or working competency of the software used:
Zendesk experience (required)
Adobe Illustrator (desired)
Slack (desired)
Asana (desired)
Google Sheets (desired)
