Job Description Neesh Outsourcing is an Australian business who offers virtual assistant services to clients in Australia, New Zealand, and the USA. We are looking for several new team members to join our growing team who are based in Manila and some areas of the Phillipenes.

As part of our team, you are a self-starter who is autonomous and treats your contractor role with energy and enthusiasm as an integral team member along with our other amazing members who work from home.

We are currently looking for new team members to help to process our tenancy applications for our clients with a fast, accurate and reliable time frame.

Efficiency is very important with our clients as they need replies back from us the same day, or within reason, the next day. We are implementing new SLA and action plans.

You will help process 2-10 applications per day, subject to work load and getting through to all the references. While you are on probation for the first 8 weeks, you will work between 10-30 hours each week. After this point we expect you to work 40 hours per week subject to performance.

You must be fine in front of a web cam, with an excellent microphone.

Fluent conversational English is a must - very important.

As you learn this role, there are opportunities to grow into new roles and responsibilities.

Previous Experience We are ideally seeking team members with previous customer service experience in multinational and international companies.

Strong attention to detail


Liaise with clients
Complete and action reference calls
Receive calls from tenants, references, clients, and other people
Look and listen for ‘red flag’ warnings
Fast accurate typing
Update client trackers
Update internal time tracker and timedoctor
The role is growing and new tasks are added

Salary From 110- 220 PHP per hour (subject to role and experience), or
Task-based per application. - Subject to skill set.
