Looking for a Part-Time PHP & JavaScript Developer

Hello! I am looking for a part-time PHP and JavaScript Developer.

The most important skills for this job:

1. PHP Expertise
2. JavaScript Expertise (React, Node, Express)
3. WordPress Experience

What will you be doing?

Your first project will likely be building a new site for us from a single-page template (not WordPress).

Your second project will involve helping one of our other developers with a Woocommerce/Stripe buildout in WordPress. This will include custom PHP development with integrations to WordPress and Stripe.

What other types of projects will you be working on? Here are a few examples from some of our clients:

* Create a simple API to accept an inbound string, transform it, and send it back
* Troubleshoot, fix, and migrate WordPress sites
* Add BPC authentication to a new web application

Many of our projects require custom development, while others are more front-end type work (WordPress, HTML/CSS/JavaScript). Also, we'll be moving into app development, so if you know (or are learning) React Native, bonus points!

We'll manage work via Slack for communication and GitHub for source control.

The name of my business is Battlestar Digital. We are a new software development agency. We build custom web applications, enhance WordPress sites, and handle ongoing maintenance & enhancements. We're starting small and building slowly but steadily.
