AWESOME MID-LEVEL WEB & GRAPHIC DESIGNER NEEDED - FULL TIME - PHP40000

We are a web design and development company based in Australia, looking for a Mid-Level Website & Graphic Designer to join our design team.

This is a full-time job position with 40 hours per week, 8AM to 4PM (PH time) Monday - Friday.


YOUR ROLE:
- Take client briefs and produce high quality digital designs such as websites using Adobe XD,
- Create print designs such as business cards, flyers, brochures using Adobe InDesign,
- Create original logo designs using Adobe Illustrator,
- Adjust your designs based on our senior designer, project manager and client feedback rounds,
- Export website designs using Adobe XD to implement on Wordpress websites,
- Produce print-ready artwork files, suitable and prepped for printing (bleed, slug, file linking etc.)


THESE SKILLS ARE HIGHLY REGARDED:
- Using Adobe XD to design websites,
- Using Adobe XD to export links for review and development,
- Basic familiarity with WordPress


THE TRAITS WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN AN APPLICANT:
- Amazing design skills - you can work on a variety of designs from websites, logos, print design and everything in-between.
- Great communication skills - we use Asana and Slack, and keeping close attention to tasks is very important and keeping the task and project manager up to date is crucial.
- The motivation to continually up-skill and learn new skills.

A: 40000 PHP/month - Payment happens once every 2 Weeks with PayPal.

A. Yes, this is a work-from-home or remote position. You’ll need to have a stable and reliable internet connection, ideally at least 3mbps in speed as we work with relatively large design files with an average file size of 200mb.

Q. When will I be required to work?
A. The working hours will be from 8AM to 4PM Philippines Times (Monday to Friday).

Q. How do we communicate?
A. We’ll require you to be online on Slack during your work hours as we’ll need to collaborate with you, to assign tasks & review work with you.

Q. Do I need to use a particular tool?
A. We design all of our websites in Adobe XD so you will need to be familiar with this tool. This is available for free from Adobe.
