US IT Recruiter

Looking for driven, self motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic IT Recruiters with knowledge of US IT Staffing Industry.

We provide complete Training but having some or all of these Skills are a Plus:
? End to End IT Recruitment Process
? Experience or Understanding of Technical IT Roles
? US experience preferred but not mandatory
? Boolean Searching
? Negotiation, Marketing and Sales skills
? Time Management
? Use of Job boards such as Monster, LinkedIn, Career Builder, Dice and Social Media as tools
? Knowledge of Zoho or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
? Customer Service experience

Job Responsibilities:
Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Portals, Postings
Conduct Candidate Pre Screens
Research and Document Various Technologies and Prepare Questions to ask to gauge Experience and filter candidates
Co-ordinate with End Clients on Setting up Interviews, Follow-ups and Feedback
Experience in Using ATS Tools for Recruitment
Excellent Email Writing Skills & Proficiency Using Various Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Webex)
Self Driven and highly passionate
An aggressive go-getter with positive attitude with Minimal Supervision
Ability to Close or make a minimum of 2 Placements per month
Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills
