I’m looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to take control of my business day to day complete administration tasks. I work in a fast paced environment where you need to have the skill set to be proactive in your approach to getting the work done, keeping track of your own tasks and noting what needs to be done and by the deadlines. We use various programs like trello, mailchimp, Squarespace, voxer, capsule crm which you will need to have experience with.
You will be working closely with others in my team to ensure tasks are complete by the deadlines. You will be in charge of keeping track of everything. You will be confident to be pro active in your actions and be confident to ask for direction when your not sure.
I am looking for someone to work about 40 hours p/w M-F and weekends if your on a deadline. You will be working during Australian day time working hours when my customers are online, however other tasks can be complete during night time hours if that suits you as well, like planning or reports etc. You will managing my 2 brands Renai
You must be proficient in written English
Duties include (but not limited to)
> adhering to company goals
> reporting to CEO of company
> Ensuring all tasks are carried out by deadlines and managing each task done by other departments
> customer service;
> mail outs & e newsletters
> workshop bookings & management of private FB groups
> keeping customers up to date
> blogging (research, writing, editing)
> basic website content uploading and layout
> liasing with SMM and other departments (overseeing the jobs are getting done)
> Squarespace experience a great access
> Appointment setting and managing.
> graphic design skills
> ebook creation and compiling of new workbooks
