JOB OVERVIEW

E-Commerce company looking for a team member to handle customer service. We are a company that manages 4 e-commerce brands. That means, 4 different websites, 4 different emails, and 4 different facebook pages that we need customer service for. We are looking for a full-time team member to handle basic customer inquiries.

Requirements:
Must be fluent in conversational english.
Full-time availability
Must be available from 8am-4pm Pacific Standard Time
Experience in customer service

Willingness to learn and follow instructions
