Web developer for Divi child theme package creation + plugin customization in DIVI THEME

We are looking for someone that can convert PSD's into Divi theme and clone/rebuild existing sites into Divi theme.
Aswell as packaging it up as a one-click-import Divi childtheme

Requirements:
- PSD to Divi
- PHP, CSS, jQuery
- Customizing + Creating child themes

Great plus:
- Experience with creating/customizing plugins/extensions for DIVI theme
