JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a dedicated and passionate person to call outbound and answer inbound leads for my incoming leads. You must be familiar or be willing to learn about the solar industry so you can advise our customers appropriately. This is an inbound phone consultant role.

What I'm Looking for:

The role will include calling the leads (outbound), answering the incoming calls (inbound) and checking the voicemail daily.

Leads are generated 24/7 we need someone to be available to answer the calls.

Your job will include
-Answering customer questions when needed
-Assessing and evaluating the lead and location in the journey
-Answering inbound lead calls
-Generating additional information from the lead
-Scheduling an appointment
-Be available to answer phone calls

REQUIREMENTS
-Great english skills
-Spanish bilingual is a plus
-Willing to learn and adapt at a growing company
-Take ownership and responsibility for your actions

We have script and example phone calls for you to reference if you are chosen.

HOW WILL YOU GET PAID?
We have an aggressive bonus structure that we will pay you per set appointment that doesn't cancel immediately.

You will receive an hourly rate + commission for every set appointment.
