Project Manager Construction VA Quantity Surveyor

I am a developer for Boarding Houses in New South Wales Australia. I need an all rounder who is after a long term position. You will need to be prepared to learn development application process to gain approval for boarding houses in NSW from councils.

You should be able to read plans and liase with consultants. A vocation in construction will also be favourable as you can assist in that area on projects. U will need to be able to communicate with
Architects
Engineers
Town planner
Council staff if required

Your written and spoken english needs to be above average for times you will need to speak on the phone.

You should be available to work Australian hours Monday to Friday. Work will also be sent on weekends if required but not always essential.

You need a good computer system and familar with Office 365.
