We’re on a mission to help entrepreneurs build a business that lights them up. As a business strategist + coach, I offer services, programs and courses that give entrepreneurs the marketing + mindset support needed to grow their businesses.
I’m seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a roll-up-your-sleeves get-it-done attitude; they’ll be team-oriented with a curious mind and eager to learn. This person must be well-organized, highly detailed, and a self-starter.
This person will be responsible for providing efficient and confidential support to our owner and team, improving productivity by completing a myriad of business, marketing & personal tasks. This person must be dedicated, focused, and extremely detail oriented.
Roles and responsibilities will include any of the following:
• Social Media Management – scheduling posts, engaging/responding with followers
• Blog Management – creating graphics using provided templates, publishing provided blog posts and sharing on social media
•
• Project Management – monitoring and assigning tasks in Asana for all team members; documenting processes
• Website Maintenance – updating and adding content to website
• Customer Support/Service – responding to customer support questions, scheduling meetings/interviews, etc.
• Reporting – providing monthly marketing analytics reports for key metrics
• Personal Assistance – Some general personal scheduling, research, organization, assistance will be expected
• Other duties as assigned

• Have a proven ability to pay meticulous attention to detail and have a demonstrated commitment to quality, with a high level of accuracy in all output
• Have excellent time management skills, a high sense of urgency, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines
• Are available for weekly one-one-one and/or team meetings, depending on workload + daily check-ins
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Are independent and self-sufficient, but also know when to ask for help or clarification
• Are ready to grow with the business, investing own time in personal development, and look forward to being a trusted team member that the business relies on in order to grow
• Consistent with quality and communication
• Initiates and responds to suggestions for improving
• Willingness to learn Canva, Asana, ActiveCampaign, WordPress, Acuity, Zapier, Google Drive & Docs and Zoom
Must have:
• Strong Internet Access
20-25 hours per week available and are flexible with increasing hours as needed
