We are looking for a Case Manager to join our growing team! This role best fits someone who possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills. This is a long term position and we’re looking for someone that has the commitment, experience, and the drive to succeed. The key tasks and responsibilities include:
Timely accomplishment of responses to negative feedback, issues/ concerns and provide appropriate
Provide support to multiple lines of businesses in responding to IP infringement concerns; advocating for needed services and entitlements; obtaining additional resources; intervening in crisis; providing support
Total management of the brand, refunds, seller support, IP claims within the multiple lines of businesses. Maintains and updates records by reviewing case notes; logging events and progress. Handle negotiations when
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
At least two years of sales and customer service experience in the BPO or VA industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills: has the ability to captivate and communicate with various audiences clearly and concisely. to consistently compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response to customer and client issues.
Must have previous experience as a successful and high producing Account Executive with an existing client base
Must be proactive and a self-starter.
A strong desire to continually learn and improve competence by participating in educational and learning opportunities; evaluate the application of learning to the day-to-day management of work, be solution-oriented and self-motivated to think of ways on how to improve good relations with clients and partners.
