JOB OVERVIEW
The purpose of this position is to strategically develop and build creative concepts. The Copywriter provides copy and creative concepts for multi-disciplinary programs across all mediums. The primary focus of this position is craftsmanship writing and strategic ideation development. Directly reports to the Marketing Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES (not in order of priority):
• Responsible for origination of concepts, copy development
• Develop strategically relevant creative solutions based on the information gathered from all documents including the marketing brief, team members, and senior leadership team as well as sourcing your own inspiration
• Collaborate fully with the assigned members of the Marketing and Production throughout the whole project
• The writer needs to have the ability to streamline ideas into single-focused areas
• Responsible for securing approval for all work from Creative Director
• Prepare to listen and understand feedback and internal critiques
• Ensures all work is of the highest possible quality
• Proofreading all final assets before sending over to the production
• Continuously engage with the marketing team to improve project process and workflow efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3-5 years of copywriting experience in an agency setting
• The clarity in written and verbal communication in a professional manner
• Extremely detail-oriented, logical, work-oriented and analytical
• Ability to work independently
• Extremely adept in software applications including MS Office
