Front-End Developer

We're looking for a Freelance Front-End Developer who will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our websites on Upgrade to see actual info addition, you’ll develop, schedule and track emails. You’ll work closely with the Creative Lead to transform designs into intuitive websites, landing pages, microsites, emails and more.

What you’ll be doing:
The ideal candidate is a dynamic and resourceful person who craves a challenge. An excellent problem solver who works independently with minimal guidance takes pride in the quality of their work and is eager to learn.

Required Skills:
• 2+ Years of experience in front end development
• Portfolio demonstrating a strong design sense in a variety of work in different styles
• Exceptional WordPress custom theme development
• Understanding and ability to work with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap
• Ability to develop and work with existing custom WordPress themes
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, jQuery, PHP
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for retrieving assets from mockups (PSD to HTML)
• Attention to ?detail in design and execution
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as JQuery
• Expected to develop for responsive design utilizing media queries

Bonus Skills:
• Experience ?implementing Google Analytics and UTM tracking code
• Experience working with Google AdWords, Facebook Ads
• Working with email service providers such as Mail Chimp
