Graphic Design QA and CRM Manager

To lead a group of graphic designers in a start-up design agency
Manages and queues requests, making sure all orders are delivered within the recommended TAT
Acts as the QA for the designs before being submitted to the Client
Also creates artworks/ designs for the client from time to time
Works with the General Manager in coming up with strategies for the design agency

Skills needed
- Experience in QA for Graphic Design
- Experience in managing a CRM
- Having worked for a design agency is a plus
