we are looking for a sales and marketing representative with the ability to convert current callers into "Sales" we have a property management company that generates several leads per day. they call in for general questions about how to pay the rent or to make a maintenance request to fix something on the rental property. you will teach them how to create a work order online and then ask them why they have not purchased a home and if they are interested in buying a home.

you will also talk to homeowners and investors that require property management services and sell them on our service to help manage their investment properties.
