JOB OVERVIEW

We are an eCommerce Company based in the USA looking to hire a talented and results-driven Paid Advertising Specialist with experience running social media campaigns (especially onFacebook). The candidate must be self-motivated and well disciplined. The candidate will be responsible for creating multiple paid advertising campaigns to increase sales, reviews and brand awareness for our Amazon FBA Business.


Responsibilities:
-run effective, highly targeted, Facebook Ads and be responsible for creating and managing advertising campaigns for multiple brands
-Also would be responsible for creating growth tools, flows and sequences in ManyChat to automate customer interaction thru fb messenger via fb ad.
-schedule, monitor, update (optimize) and maintain online campaigns through FB Ads Manager
-Measure and analyze KPIs to ensure objectives are met or exceeded
-Must be comfortable at efficiently handling several advertising campaigns at one time
-Communicate daily with your supervisor to provide performance updates, optimization plans for the following day and inform your supervisor of any impediments
-Participate in planning and strategy meetings to discuss optimal ways to improve new campaigns
Create performance reports based off of data analyses and insights that will increase the effectiveness of our marketing strategies against our KPI
-Act as the primary point of contact for reporting and responding to questions around ad campaigns

Requirements
-At least 2 years’ experience of running FB Ads successfully
-Demonstrated passion for digital media buying
-Ability to maximize ROI on advertising campaigns
-Experience of Google Adwords desirable
-Experience with ManyChat desirable
-Strong ecommerce copywriting skills
-Excellent English language communication skills (written and verbal)
-Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
-Ability to take direction as well as work independently
-Attention to detail
-Ability and willingness to utilize project management and time tracking software
-Ability to basic graphic designing to come up with ad creative using photoshop or canva


Experience:
Facebook Advertising: minimum 2 years

Type of Employment:
This may start off as part-time or full-time, depending on initial workload. Open for discussion.
