We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our growing Software Company. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for building up the knowledge base of FAQs of our software while answering various support
Role Description:
- Cable/Fast Internet connection required
- Previous experience is required
- Full Training is provided (paid training)
- Must have excellent customer service & communication skills in English
- Must be reliable and enthusiastic.
- Must be detailed oriented
- Strong preference to those who can type fast & are great multi-taskers
- Strong preference to those with call-center experience (preferably Technical Support)
- Full-Time hours
We will provide a knowledge base of questions to be familiar with
