Hiring T-Shirt Designer / Illustrator

Hello there,

I am looking for a skilled and reliable T-Shirt Designer for my business.
If you are interested, please read carefully.

At the beginning of our cooperation, you will have to create 10 designs in 3 days.
This will be a freelance job first, and if you do well, I am looking to hire you full-time.

You get paid per design and you will receive $ 1,00 per design.

How do you know which designs i will need? It’s simple:
- I will send you already existing T-Shirt designs and you will have to make a version
in your own unique, creative Upgrade to see actual info is very important that you don’t copy it, the new design
has to be something new and unique.
(Example: Heres the link: „….“)
- I give you a quote/saying and you will make a design out of it.
(Example: Fitness related quote is: „your workout is my warmup“)
- I give you a description of what I need and you will make a design out of it.
(Example: I need 5 designs of the subject „fitness“)

You are perfect for the job if you have these following skills:
- creating hand-drawn, original T-Shirt designs
- creating designs just with text / typographic designs
- creating designs with vectors and text
- fluent in the english language

Some VERY important things:
- make sure that there is absolutely no copyright violation in your designs
- if you use vectors, make sure they are absolutely free to use or use your own created vectors
- make sure the used font is also for free commercial use

Please include a link to a portfolio of your previous work or attach it to your application.

If I like your previous work, i will contact you.
To test your abilities, i will first send you 3 design requests.
You will then create 3 designs out of these ideas and if i like them, you can create the other 7 designs.
If i don’t like them, don’t worry, I will pay for the 3 designs you created.

As i wrote at the beginning, you will create 10 designs first.
After you designed the initial 10 designs, I will give you a job for creating 30 designs per week.
This will eventually turn into a long-term full-time job.
